And for the purpose of processing payments, VIA will pass customers’ payment details on to the credit institution responsible for processing.

- VIA strives to implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration or loss, unauthorized disclosure or access.
- If you provide us with your email address, we will communicate with you via email. We will not pass on your email address to any third parties outside the VIA Group companies. You may revoke your permission regarding the use of your email at any time.
- In order to apply to our email-newsletter, we need your consent to our privacy policy as well as your email address. As a general rule we employ the double opt in method when sending our newsletter. You may unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time by sending an informal email to info@VIAeurope.de.
- In the case of links on our website to external companies and other third parties, VIA shall not be held responsible for compliance with data protection requirements, or the content of such websites.
- Ongoing technical developments in the field of IT technology and the internet may require an adaptation of this Privacy Policy. We therefore reserve the right to adapt or amend the current Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is dated April, 11 2016.
