For soldering or brazing we employ a special vacuum process. For hermetic connections as AuSn (80\/20) solder is frequently used.<\/p>\n

We can solder the following:<\/p>\n

  \nvery leightweight, ideal for aerospace applications<\/li>\n
• Heatsinks
  \nKovar, AlSiC, CuMo
  \nVoid free soldering is very important especially for heatsinks. Using our vacuum solder process this can be done very reliably.<\/li>\n
• RF connectors<\/li>\n
• Pins for electrical connections<\/li>\n
• Tubes
  \nNecessary for connecting any medium, especially for gas or liquid sensing applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t
